Dr. Kelsey graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology. She continued her graduate studies at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon, where she received her Doctor of Chiropractic and Bachelor’s of Science in Human Biology.

Growing up, Dr. Kelsey trained in both competitive gymnastics and track and field. Her goal is to find the root cause of your pain and develop an individualized treatment plan to get you back to doing the things that you love. She is passionate about healing the body through movement and conservative treatments by taking an evidence-based approach.

"I have always found the human body complex and fascinating which eventually led me to my interest in chiropractic care. I am passionate about helping patients manage pain and function optimally to live a happy and healthy lifestyle."

Dr. Kelsey utilizes a variety of techniques including hands on manipulation, drop table adjustments, instrument assisted manipulation, cupping, scraping and muscle work.

Dr. Kelsey’s areas of professional interest include:
  • General population

  • Acute/chronic pain management

  • Athletes

  • Exercise prescription/rehabilitation

When she is not in the clinic, you can find Dr. Kelsey heading off to the mountains to go snowboarding or hiking. She loves the thrill of an adventure but also loves being outdoors surrounded by calming nature. The lake is her favourite summer getaway where she spends time wake surfing and surrounded by friends and family
