Renelle Olchowski

Renelle’s journey to becoming a massage therapist is much like many other things in her life - a story of manifesting and living a life more aligned with joy and inspiration. When she graduated from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy, she was pregnant with their first child, and had a personal interest in pre/post-natal massage.

Renelle is passionate about providing care to mothers, as well as children. To her, massage is more than “treating tight muscles", and she takes a holistic approach to each client and each session - helping you heal physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. She is continuously gaining new knowledge and skills in all areas related to women and children’s health.

"My goal is to support and provide holistic care to mothers and babies throughout pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond."

Another area of interest for Renelle is the jaw, and she did her case study on TMJD when she was in massage school.

Other than being a massage therapist, Renelle also supports families as a birth and postpartum doula, and teaches HypnoBirthing Childbirth Education classes. Outside of work, Renelle lives on an acreage with her husband and two sons, where she aspires to have a magnificent wild flower garden. She loves to travel, play hockey, knit, and read.
